Information handled by Workforce

The service may process your work identity and contact details, employment organization, attendance events, schedules, leave, timesheets, activities, approvals, device-security identifiers and audit records. Available modules and required fields depend on your organization's configuration.

Location, camera and biometrics

Precise location is requested only when you choose to submit an attendance event and your organization enables location validation. Continuous employee tracking is not enabled by default. Camera access is used for requested QR scans. Face ID, Touch ID and Android biometric templates remain with the operating system; Workforce receives only the authentication result.

Purpose, access and retention

Data supports workforce administration, time and attendance, security, legal obligations and configured business workflows. Role and data-scope controls restrict access inside each tenant. Retention—including GPS retention—is configured under the applicable organization policy and contractual/legal requirements.

Hosting and service providers

Data is encrypted in transit. Production hosting, storage, email, push, monitoring and subprocessors must be identified in the customer agreement and production privacy schedule. Workforce data is not sold or used for cross-company advertising.

Your choices and rights

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection requests, first contact your employer or organization administrator. You may also contact Digital Log SRL at privacy@digitallog.it. Managed accounts are created and removed by the organization rather than through public self-registration.
